Changing your contact information

Address

If your address has changed, please let us know via the ABN AMRO website, or in person at an ABN AMRO branch in your area. If you have already informed your bank of your change of address, you don’t need to do anything. Your bank will have informed us automatically.

Telephone number or email address

If you have a new telephone number or email address, you can change it easily in Creditcard Online.

By letter or email: state your ICS customer number

If you have a new telephone number or email address, and you would like to inform us by post or email, always mention your customer number. You can find this number in Creditcard Online by 'Overview', and in the ABN AMRO Creditcard app for ABN AMRO Cardholders. It’s easy to register for Creditcard Online if you don’t have an account yet.

Name on your Card misspelled?

If the name on your Main Card or Extra Card is misspelled, we apologise! We’ll replace the Card. Please contact ABN AMRO Creditcard Services.

Moving to another country?

If you move abroad, you can keep using your Card as long as you have a Dutch bank account from which we can debit the monthly outstanding balance. Please inform us of your move to another country via the ABN AMRO website or in person at a convenient ABN AMRO branch.
