Notifications about the use of your credit card
Card Alerts help you keep track of how you use your credit card. You get a message on your phone when you use it. You can turn on Card Alerts in Creditcard Online.
Types of Card Alerts
- High amount: you get a text message when you spend a high amount or take out a large amount of cash. You choose the amount that triggers a message. The minimum is € 50.
- Online payment: you get a text message when you pay online. You choose the amount.
Costs of Card Alerts
The subscription for Card Alerts costs € 0.85 a month, with a maximum of € 10.20 per year. It does not matter how many alerts you receive, the price stays the same. We charge you automatically once a year.
Turn on or change alerts
Log in on Creditcard Online, go to ‘My Cards’ and then ‘Card Alerts’. Here you can turn alerts on or off.
