Forgot your PIN? No worries. From now on, you no longer need to request a copy of it by post. You can easily and instantly view your PIN in the ICS Business app.
Would you prefer to receive your PIN by post? That is still possible. Via the My ICS Business, you can request a copy of your PIN, just like before, and receive it by post.

Viewing your PIN in our app is safe. Your PIN is not stored in the app and is fully protected. We also follow all legal rules for data protection.
Strict security measures also apply when activating the app. For example, you need your ID to activate it.
Fraudsters are active and may try to scam people with messages that appear to come from iDEAL or Wero. Do not respond to these messages. You do not need to take any action for the transition from iDEAL to Wero, and you won't ever have to share your details.
