In My ICS Business, you can manage many things online yourself, such as changing your limit or address.
Add or remove an authorised signatory in My ICS Business
In My ICS Business you can easily see which authorised signatories your company has registered. And if the information is no longer accurate, simply add or remove a signatory.
How to do it in My ICS Business
- Go to the My ICS Business login page
- Log in as 'Contact person'
- Find authorised signatories under 'Company details'

Are you unable to use My ICS Business? Use the form
Is there no authorised signatory or contact person registered at ICS for your company? Or would you like to add an authorised signatory to your company application? You can use this form.
Change Card limit
Are you an authorised signatory? From now on, you can change the spending limit of your Cards very easily in My ICS Business. As long as it fits within the company limit. The change takes effect immediately. So the Cardholder can use the new limit instantly.
Make an iDEAL payment
Adding money to your business credit card or paying your amount due is fast and easy in . Log in and click 'Add money'. You determine the amount and complete the payment with iDEAL. In most cases, your payment is processed immediately.
If your last statement's amount due is still open, click 'Pay amount due'. The amount is already filled in. You can also increase the amount allowing your company to spend more.
Change of address Cardholder
Changing your address in My ICS Business is very simple. Log in as Cardholder, go to 'Account' and click on 'Personal details'. Is your new address outside of the Netherlands? Please fill in this form.
