Upload your annual accounts

As a financial institution, we are obliged to maintain sufficient reserves. By uploading your annual accounts, you help us establish the exact amount we need to reserve. This way, we can continue to offer our credit cards under the best conditions.

Are you an authorised signatory or contact person for your company? In that case, you may receive a message.

Have you received an email asking you to upload your annual accounts, but you do not see this option when you log in to My ICS Business? There are two possible reasons for this:

1. You are logged in as a Cardholder instead of as a contact person. If you are a contact person and you do not yet have those login details for My ICS Business, please click on Activate. To do this, you will need your company's ICS customer number. This can be found in the email you received from us.
2. Another contact person already uploaded the details. We have sent the request to all your company’s contact persons and authorised signatories. So, it is possible that someone else has already taken care of it in the meantime.

Upload your company's annual accounts. Please make sure it is the complete and final version. Do you have a sole proprietorship? In that case, you can send us a copy of your income tax return, containing your company's balance sheet and profit and loss account.

Valid annual accounts:

• are not more than 18 months old
• contain a clearly recognisable company name

Does your company have an organisational chart? Then please upload that along with the annual accounts. A valid organisational chart contains:

• the exact same company name as registered with the Chamber of Commerce
• which natural persons are shareholder and what percentage of shares they hold
• the signature of an authorised signatory
• the date it was signed
• your company's country of establishment if this is not the Netherlands

Is your company part of a corporate group? In that case, we need the consolidated financial accounts and the organisational chart.

Please upload your most recent, final annual accounts. Valid annual accounts are not more than 18 months old.

Consolidated annual accounts are the total annual accounts of the parent company and all its subsidiaries, combined in a single figure. This figure represents the financial performance of the entire group.

Does your company consist of multiple entities? For example, a holding with one or more operating companies? In that case, we need the consolidated annual accounts and the organisational chart of the entire group.
