Changes to the Terms and Conditions

What exactly is the difference between a contact person and an authorised signatory? And how long are you required to keep your employees’ details? These are topics that are important to explain clearly. That is why we have rewritten the Terms and Conditions for our business credit cards. This makes it clear what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you as a customer. The new Terms and Conditions will apply as of 1 July 2026.

Why change the Terms and Conditions?

We have updated the Terms and Conditions to make them clearer, easier to navigate and more practical for business credit card users. The structure has also been improved, so it is more understandable which parts apply to the company and which apply to Cardholders.

When do the new Terms and Conditions take effect?

The new Terms and Conditions take effect on 1 July 2026. We always announce a change at least one month in advance.

What exactly is changing?

We have made an overview of the most important changes for you. Are you the company’s contact person? Then it is important that you inform Cardholders about the changes. For Cardholders, Articles 9 to 30 are the most relevant.

Do you disagree with the changes?

In that case, you may always terminate your company’s agreement before the changes take effect. In this case, that is 1 July 2026. To do so, log in to My ICS Business. If you do nothing, your existing and new credit cards will remain active and the new Terms and Conditions will apply from that date.
