Cancel business card
Business Card no longer needed? You can easily cancel it yourself in My ICS Business—whether you’re a Cardholder, an authorised signatory or a contact person.
No longer need any business credit cards? If you’re an authorised signatory, you can also cancel your credit card agreement in My ICS Business. This will automatically cancel all active credit cards for your company.
How it works
Cancel a credit card as a contact person / authorised signatory
- Go to the My ICS Business login page
- Log in with your contact person details
- Go to ‘Cards’
- Select the Card you want to cancel
- Click on ‘Cancel credit card’
- Follow the steps
Cancel a credit card as a Cardholder
- Go to the My ICS Business login page
- Log in with your Cardholder details
- Click on your name in the top right
- Go to ‘My Card’
- Click on ‘Cancel credit card'
- Follow the steps
Cancel the agreement as an authorised signatory
- Go to the My ICS Business login page
- Log in with your authorised signatory details
- Click your name in the top right
- Go to ‘Account’
- Click on ‘Cancel agreement’
- Follow the steps
Good to know
- You can cancel at any time
- If you cancel during a current year, you will not receive a refund of the annual fee you have already paid in advance
